I make things and share them with ya
I think about it in three ways: main projects, hobby builds, and experiments.
The projects that keep getting shipped and revisited.

Three recent notes from the build log.
The short version of what changed, what got reorganized, and what was worth writing down after the work was already moving.
Moving the portfolio onto PocketBase without wrecking the existing app
The main job was adding new portfolio collections and admin workflows without touching the collections that were already running in production.
Splitting the work into main projects, hobby builds, and experiments
The homepage and projects view work better once the structure matches how I actually think about the work instead of forcing everything into one flat archive.
Making the admin less overloaded
The fix was not more controls on one page. It was breaking category management, project editing, and overview state into separate screens with cleaner paths between them.
