Prompt Debrief Studio
Prompt Debrief Studio was built to preserve the useful part of hackathon iteration: what changed, why it changed, and which prompts actually earned their keep.

Project Overview
The tool groups prompts, outputs, and revision notes into a single debrief artifact so experiments do not disappear once the event ends.
It stays as a portfolio-rendered page for now because the structure is still evolving and depends on how future hackathon rounds are documented.

Results
- Turns hackathon output into reusable documentation instead of disposable screenshots.
- Makes future experiments easier to start because prior reasoning is still visible.
Notes
- Started as a way to stop good prompt decisions from disappearing into chat logs.
- The strongest use case so far is comparing iteration paths, not scoring single outputs.
